Just Words is a classic crossword tile game: make words from seven letter tiles on a 15 × 15 board and score more than your opponent. Here you play against the computer, or with a friend on the same device, right in your browser.

How to play

The first word covers the star in the middle; every next word must join the tiles on the board.
Drag tiles to the board, tap a tile and then a square, or click a square and type.
Bonus squares double or triple a letter or the whole word. All seven tiles in one move: 50 extra points.

Three levels

Easy plays everyday words, Medium plays well, and Hard checks every possible move and keeps its best tiles for later. Your game is saved if you close the page, and the record of your wins stays in your browser.
